Refunds Policy

This Refund Policy governs the manner in which the owner Hybreath Sounds ("We", "I") decides to deliver refunds for customers & users (each, a 'User' or 'Customer' means a person or company buying at least one product from the website) of the website ('Site'). This refund policy applies to the Site and all products and services offered by Hybreath Sounds on this website.

Refunds Policy context

Regarding different abuses of refunds we've seen in other businesses of the same type, we decided to make our Refund Policy harder. Refund are now more oriented for technical issues like buying two times the product, etc.


Regarding :

- the long page and videos describing almost everything about our products, 

- the provided e-mail (hybreath@soundbankers.com) to contact us if needed, like if the customer has any question about the pack or needs help after purchasing a product, 

- all further tutorials available on the Hybreath Sounds YouTube Channel showing the content in detail, 

- the Refund Policy page link at the bottom of the sales page of the product, 


the user accepts the following rules for refunds by buying a product on the website :

Cases where you can't get a refund

Here are the following invalid reasons to ask a refund :

- The product doesn't fit to the customer.

- Customer is unsatisfied of the quality of content inside 

- Customer can't load projects / presets for technical reasons 

  (required versions are mentionned at the bottom of the page)

- Customer says he didn't receive the product but there is no order at his name on my sales overview pannel


So we ask customers to make sure that the product they mean to buy will fit to their needs.


Cases where you can get a refund

Here are the following valid reasons to ask a total or partial refund :

- You buyed multiple times the same product in one or multiple different orders : total refunds of unwanted products (example : you bought 3 PRISM Bundles : we totally refund 2 of them)

- Customer says he didn't receive the product and there is an order at his name on my sales overview pannel

Other cases

For other refund request cases that are not listed above, please contact us as soon as possible at hybreath@soundbankers.com. We reserve to ourself the right to decide if your refund request is valid to accept it or not. By buying a product on the website, you accept this. We'll read and judge with good sense your request.

Additional information

We do not guarantee that the product the customer will get sent is exactly 100% as shown on sales page or ads, but you can be sure we're not scammers that sell empty products. You can checkout my imprint below this page.

We don't lie on content you will receive, sometimes we put more than indicated (like 200 samples but it's 216) and if you think your product misses of something, please tell us as soons as possible by e-mail.

Responsibility on products

As we request some producers to work for us, we can't be responsible for what they do. We still do our best so that what they deliver to us is correct to use & watch, but we are in none case responsible for right violations from their part. We decline all responsibility on : 

- the fact that customers may not be able to load a part of our product (like an FL Studio Project, or plug-ins inside)

- the right violations our producers may make with or withour wanting it.


Also, we do our best to not violate acapella's singers rights that we include in our FL Studio Projects when we felt it was right to do it - like if the vocal sample comes from a vocal sample pack

Please if you feel offended by anything contact us as soon as possible to fix the problem.

Company has the discretion to update this refund policy at any time. When we do, we will revise the updated date at the bottom of this page. We encourage Users to frequently check this page for any changes to stay informed about how we are helping to protect the personal information we collect. You acknowledge and agree that it is your responsibility to review this refund policy periodically and become aware of modifications.

By using this Site, you signify your acceptance of this policy. If you do not agree to this policy, please do not use our Site. Your continued use of the Site following the posting of changes to this policy will be deemed your acceptance of those changes.
